6 Hours (10 mile) If you can't make the generous cut off time, DO NOT enter this event, you will be putting your self and our team at risk. (10 miles as the crow flies could end up been 20 depending how lost you get)

What kit do I need to bring on the day?
There are several things that you will need on the day to help you to perform your best. The following list is just a suggestion of what we have found useful - talk to other athletes, Join a local club who will be able to give you some great advice and develop a list to best suit you.
* Warm/suitable clothes for prior to and after the event, these can be left on the bus and will be at the event centre on your return.
* Race numbers - pinned/attached to your race t-shirt/top or race belt, and any medical conditions clearly written on the back of your number.
You will need to show your race numbers for the duration of the event and at prize giving.

Mandatory kit - Mandatory Kit list regardless of the weather for all competitors, this is the minimum we will expect you to have.
